Hi ladies,

Great job last week. We have secured first place going into our last match. Congrats to all of you. You all played a major part in our success thus far, but we have more room to grow and a little further to go.

Look for the open areas of the court and place your shots in those areas of the court. Don't be so fixated on the ball when playing. Focus on preparing your racquet and moving your feet to get in the best position for the shot you're hitting. The reason why I say this is because you already know the ball is coming. A lot of you tend to freeze up or prepare too late for the ball when you see the ball coming towards you. You ladies hit the ball so much better when you prepare early for the ball and meet the ball out in front of you. That is what I want you ladies focusing on in your matches tomorrow. Let's finish the regular season on a high note going into the playoffs. Play to win and play with confidence while keeping it simple.
